Description
We are a professional, family run dive centre based on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall.We are able to offer the whole range of PADI Scuba Diving Courses,and other courses from IANTD and DAN, with our experienced Instructors.
For shore diving we have one of the best shore dives in the UK, particularly suitable for entry level diver training, and we can offer escorted shore and boat dives as well.
We have RIB and hardboat charters and provide air and Nitrox to 100%.
Divers are welcome from all agencies including PADI, BSAC, SSI, SAA, SSAC, TDI and of course IANTD
We have an on site dive shop that sells a wide range of diving equipment, books, charts, and gifts and we also have equipment for hire.
PADI Open Water Course
The Padi Open Water course is designed as entry level course resulting in a certification enabling you to dive to a depth of 18m with any other qualified diver. The PADI Open Water Diver certification is the most recognised dive qualification worldwide.
The course is run over 4/5 days and consists of self study at home before the course (your book will be sent to you), five theory review sessions (quite short and painless if you’ve done your homework)!, four pool dives followed by four open water dives in the sea around Porthkerris.
Entry requirements: 12 years of age or above, in reasonable health and able to swim.
Duration: 4/5 days – accommodation can be arranged on request.
PADI Advanced Open Water Course
The course, held over 2 days, is designed to build confidence and give students diving experience under the supervision of experienced instructors and certified PADI assistants.
