Weekend or Long Weekend Courses
Our highly successful Weekend or Long Weekend courses have been created with an emphasis on Seasonal Cooking and are held over a 2 or 3 day period.

4 Week Diploma Course
An intensive course for anyone who is interested in learning the key skills to start a job in cooking. This is the perfect course for students beginning their Gap year or those seeking a job as a holiday cook, giving students the chance to create their own style, enhance their repertoire and gain confidence.

Wine Events
We offer specialised courses and events throughout the year with wine producers and wine ‘personalities’giving talks and tastings.

At Belle Isle we can also offer a personalised wine-specific programme for you and your friends/colleagues/clients. All you need is a minimum of 8 like-minded people; we will provide everything else, please email us with your requirements.
