Horse Riding Holidays

We have 3 horse Riding Holiday Options:

Option 1
Stay in quality, affordable accomodation near to our Equestrian Centre and ride daily on an array of challenging activities in the area including : Stunning Fell Rides,Challenging Beach Rides, Quality Riding Lessons (learn dressage or showjumping), or, we can even offer short courses in horse care and stable management.

Option 2
Ride a circluar trail ride route from our Equestrian Centre stopping nightly in a choice of accommodation on the way...your luggage is forward daily to your next stopover where the horses also have pre planned facilities laid on.

Option 3
Ride a direct route trail ride "back" to our Equestrian Centre. For this option we would box the horses to a pre planned drop of point anything up to 40 miles away. The party then takes a pre planned route back to base, once again stopping nightly in quality accommodation near to the horses overnight lodgings.

Full Day and Trail Rides
This ride is for those with a more adventurous spirit wishing to really experience the beauty of the Lake District as can only be seen from horseback. Experienced riders only.

Training Courses

In addition to our general riding holiday we offer a 3 day intensive training course which may count towards a BHS Stage 1/2/3 or NVQ Level 2 qualification. This course offers an insight into the world of horse care and riding and would be of benefit to anyone wanting to gain qualifications for use in a career in horse care and management.

The 3 Day Training Course costs £250 including based on four hours of instruction per day.
