Description

True Well Hall Riding Centre is situated in the very heart of Bronte Country, only a short distance from the historic village of Haworth, with excellent hacking and links to the bridleway network.

Here at True Well Hall we offer riding holidays where you spend the week staying with us on the farm, with accommodation in our fabulous 16th century farmhouse.

Learn To Ride Holidays
Under the guidance of our qualified instructors and our well mannered horses, even complete beginners, in no time, experience that feeling of working with your horse as a team. With daily instruction your confidence and ability will quickly grow, you will soon be trotting and jumping small obstacles. Once relaxed in the saddle and confident with your horse, your instructor will escort you onto the Bronte moors where you can ride and enjoy the freedom of open countryside on horseback.

Improve Your Riding Holidays
This holiday is perfect for you if you have a basic knowledge of riding, and would like to brush up on your riding skills. If you have done some riding and want a refresher course, or something special, you want to improve say, show jumping or flat work or just want a relaxing fun filled riding holiday where you can ride endless miles over open countryside. We can offer all of this in our friendly atmosphere that will make this a holiday to remember.

Unaccompanied Children’s Riding Holidays
All children who come to stay with us will have adult 24hour supervision. Own your own pony for a week and have the time of your life. You will learn to look after, feed and groom your pony and, of course, have lots of riding. During the week you will also have activities such as treasure hunts, picnic day rides, jumping gymkhanas and lots of rosettes to win.

Weekend Mini Breaks
For those of you with busy lives, who haven’t the time for a long holiday, why not try one of our weekend mini breaks?. What better way to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, than to come to the Yorkshire Dales for a relaxing weekend in the country, where you can breathe the fresh air and view the beautiful scenery from horseback.

Your Holiday Accommodation
Our lovely 16th century farm cottage is situated in the stable yard, over looking the horses, allowing adults to come and go as you please. Each cosy room has a character all of its own, and enjoys picturesque views.

A self catering cottage is also available offering one double and one twin bedroom.

Non riders are welcome at True Well Hall. Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery, with peace and quiet at its very best.
